Abstract/Description:
Joining MUPC was one of the most transformative decisions of my college career. Over the past seven semesters, I have developed not only my technical skills but also my leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. As a student-run venture, MUPC has given me the opportunity to engage in real-world business experiences, contributing to both internal growth and client-facing projects for the venture . Throughout my journey, I have faced challenges that pushed me to think critically and adapt to new situations. Along the way, I have had several "aha" moments that deepened my understanding of problem-solving and strategy. My presentation will highlight these struggles, breakthroughs, and the hard and soft skills I have gained. Ultimately, MUPC has shaped me into a more confident and capable professional.
